Safety is priority #1

Safety is a value for someone’s well-being and life. D&D Mechanical, Inc. takes pride in educating every employee with the tools to work safely; to go home the same way they came to work, injury free. The safety actions of our employees are driven by choice, not from safety compliance.

Through progressive safety programs and techniques, we continuously raise the bar by applying innovative processes, checks and balances, and the latest technology for Safety Orientation, classroom training, and safety meetings. Combined with our award-winning training programs, we empower our people and project partners to embrace a true safety culture based on people, not statistics.

Each employee is a part of our D&D family, and we want each employee to go home to their own family as safely as possible.

Dedication to continual advancement has enabled us to implement the most progressive processes, systems, and programs in the business– to include:

  • Strong jobsite requirements including helmet protection and fall protection.
  • Stretch/Flex programs are implemented to reduce soft tissue injuries.
  • Supervisors must obtain a minimum 30-hour OSHA certification.
  • Advanced audit system to conduct jobsite field inspections and record observations.
  • Detailed hazard analysis is conducted prior to construction.

D&D Mechanical, Inc. is committed to providing our employees with a safe and healthy workplace. We provide and support a safe and healthy working environment and always set up safe work methods and practices. It is only through this commitment to safety that we can ensure our employees go home safely to their families.

Employee recommendations to improve safety and health conditions are given thorough consideration by our management team. Management gives top priority to and provides the resources to make certain that our work sites are safe work sites. Our employees are trained in the requirements of both OSHA and MSHA.
